Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Lack of cleanliness The bed was confortable. The Room was very old, although I saw the new rooms they are very nice. However the cleanliness was very disappointing. The toilet door did not lock well. The towels that were supposed to be clean did not smell well and had stains on them, for an intercontinental hotel I think it's unacceptable. Also, I had a hair in my coffee cup on the first day I arrived but I did not complain because I thought these kind of things happen, but after seeing the unclean towels I Thought its a matter of bad management. As for the staff, the ladies in the lobby are extremely nice and helpful and also the men in the lobby. The breakfast is impeccable. Concerning the cleaning staff, I think that need they need to get people a bit more professional or at least they should train them better. One of them started adding me on facebook and the other went through my stuff in my closet. For me this is unacceptable. 29 March 2015
