Excellent service,really friendly,helpful staff.
Rooms are comfy and clean,but in need of some care and attention to fixtures,fittings and décor - all looking abit tired needs freshening up.Bathroom seals worn away and mouldy in places.

Booked 4 Rooms for 2 nights. 2 Family rooms had only 1 Hard spring single sofa bed(I personally would not call it bed at all! ), instead of a double sofa bed for kids as promised. Complained but nothing could be done. Extremely poor restaurant service , quality of food and choices limited. I would say downgraded form my last stay.
Both family rooms , we had sleepless night on that spring piece of junk. I did ask the manager to try it only once. I guess he knew already.
Well too bad , you have lost a lot of customers.
thank you anyway, there were some devoted staffs , I have to say, who tried their best to give customers what they deserve.
From my experience , since they try to restructure, I don't think the management team has what it takes as a new challenge.

Was overwhelmed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff when we checked in...One month earlier i had called to enquire about the rate and amenities and almost the same day i got the required information in my mailbox...even the downpayment was made easy. Warm welcome by the staff at check in and timeliness of processing to take us to our rooms in less than 15 minutes...A special thanks to Elsa

Hôtel 5 étoiles, accueil du personnel irréprochable.
L'hôtel propose différents restaurants (indiens, chinois, mauriciens, restaurant de l'hôtel (en buffet) ...). Nous avons mangé chaque soir dans un restaurant.
Chambre confortable, entretien de la chambre propre.
Mon fils a fréquenté le Club Kids, il a aimé mais les enfants n'étaient pas de son âge.
L'hôtel ne propose pas de club pour les adolescents.
Une piscine chauffée en hiver.
Nous avons apprécié ce séjour (repos, plaisirs de ses moments).

I've stayed at this hotel for five nights with my wife celebrating our 20th anniversary. The stay in general was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time in the hotel.
We liked very much Nobel House and Segala Restaurants, the beach, housekeeping, and our room upgrade to the Presidential Suite.
If there is a room for further improvement, I'd suggest to improve the attentiveness of the staff working in the pool bar and Senso restaurant. It seems that they are always overwhelmed, and consequently very slow in servicing. Also, the wi-fi connection in the guest rooms is very poor and needs to be improved.
I'd like to present my special gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Hala (Guest Relations) and Mr. Kevin (Concierge) for their outstanding help and hospitality.
