When we check in the hotel at 6 pm, the welcome was not up to my expectation. I was really disappointed as no one seems to guide me and help us. When my car arrive in the lobby area,there was no at the entrance i myself was removing my luggage, no bellboy attended us, my brother had to inform the bellboy to get the luggage. After we enter the lobby , no one guided us where to go, we ask the concierge and they told us to go to the reception. The receptionist was busy looking at the pc and she even did not bother to have an eye contact until i have to make them notice. She inform us to go the reservation desk, from there only we were taken care of. Being a hotelier myself.
The toilet down needs to maintain with the cleaning, candles were off not replaced, no hand towels.
At the pool; bar at around 6.30 pm we sat down and after only 5 minutes one waiter came and ask us our order.
After wards our stay was OK, we enjoyed the property, F& B staff was nice

Sleep quality very bad, water in the Jacuzzi was jellow, minibar not working, they ran out of beach towels twice in a week.
Check in and check out extremely slow and personnel, including revenue manager not updated with interline agreements.
Internet so slow and expensive...
Location is nice, although in the middle of nothing and the management does not care about giving at least a free shuttle to nearest city of grand baie.
Personnel is extremely lazy and not interested in customers, except few exceptions that are indeed very professional and caring.
I would not recommend a stay in this hotel as this is barely a 3 star level or less.

We spent 8 absolutely magnificent days in this hotel where the human dimension is perfectly held.
The service is complet, personnel effective, pleasant, kind and very smiling.
We appreciated the quality of the service which was offered to us at the level of the service and at the level of the infrastructures but also if the Mauritians are considered as their kindness, all the staff of the hotel, is completely exceptional well. In brief we were never disappointed.
The meals were excellent and offered a high and varied choice. Restaurants, are more than pleasant and the staff always ready to fill the slightest of your desires.
Rooms are magnificently ordered and each is one of a kind.
The nautical sporting center offers numerous free activities, among which water-skiing.
We left the hotel with big regret.
In conclusion, even if the perfection does not exist, we are not any more very far.
In a few words, we THANK YOU and certainly we shall return.

Measured on all experiences in Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, this one needs some improvement.
First the good part - Rooms are great, the whole resort looks and feels like you are in paradise and the price/value is awesome.
Unfortunately this comes with some downside - especially the staff, and here mainly the waiters - are slow and you can wait for your coffee sometimes 10 minutes. Once you have your drink you will get asked 5 times if you want another one, before you even touched the glass.
It is a straight recommendation for a place to stay in Mauritius, but compared to other Intercontinental hotels you would expect a little more.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however in this case I am more than happy too do so. I can honestly say that I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so completely fantastic!! Every single one of them were exceptionally friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. This combined with what is a simply beautiful location, and amazing facilities make this an incredible place to stay! I want to send my thanks to all of the staff for helping make this a truly exceptional holiday and we will definitely be back!

We take 6 nights for our holidays in this resort.
The resort is more beautiful than the picture.
The service is good, the restaurant staffs are very helpful to the guest with child.
The restaurants : Senso, Segala, Noble house are offering good, quality food. The price of food are reasonable. We don't need to come outside to look for other restaurants.
Here we want to thank Chaya of Kid's club who is very kindly to the children. My son (21 monthes old) likes to stay with her.
We are looking forward to coming back in future.

We spent our honeymoon here. I would like to thank everyone for being so kind and helpfull. Special thanks to Olivier from the gym, great trainer even better entertainer! We had a great time. Very nice place, I would return anytime!
