Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 差点毁掉的蜜月 作为一般旅客我会给他90分,它的基本服务符合洲际的标准 作为大使会员为给80分,没有享受到国内洲际那样无微不至的服务, 作为蜜月旅行的特殊旅客,我只给60分。主要的蜜月项目都没享受到。还好妻子不知道有啥项目不然恐怕会毁了我的蜜月 26 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Personal Service We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions as we really like the hotel and the venue. When we arrived the Customer Service Manager recognised our loyalty to the Hotel and upgraded us to one of the beautiful Villas. It was wonderful that the hotel was aware that we had been regular customers and rewarded us in this way. We particularly like dining at the Segala Restaurant by the beach. 25 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 5 Star Service This hotel exceeded my expectations and then some! From the moment we arrived in the Lobby, we were provided with attentive service, shown to our room and had all the facilities explained to us. The staff here are the shining star of the hotel. They seem to anticipate your every need and very soon it appeared that we were given royal treatment. I had read some other reviews of the hotel, some of which were not complimentary, and I must say I do not understand these reviews. Every request was carried out and the service, food quality and bar service was exceptional. All in all, a wonderfully relaxed stay thanks to a wonderful compliment of staff. 24 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 望更早餐多样化 我们是蜜月旅行,早餐是美好一天的开始,但几天的早餐吃到最后也疲倦了,每天的变化不是很大,基本每天盘子里的都是都是重复上一天拿的。还有希望木瓜能出现的频率多一些,好像就只有一天是吃到木瓜了,真的很激动,后来几天一直就没有等到了。 20 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店美观,服务一流 毛里求斯洲际酒店的服务态度真的是太好了!!!! 中文服务也有,值得一提的是在情人节的当晚给每个房间赠送了很大块的巧克力蛋糕,很美味! 表扬一下主餐厅的一个服务员(应该是印度籍的一位小哥):我在入住酒店第二天的时候,因为白天的行程,被珊瑚���伤了脚,晚上去主餐厅吃自助餐的时候,一瘸一拐的进入餐厅,这个服务员过来询问我的情况,然后在吃饭的时候赠送给我们一大瓶水,并且直到最后一顿晚餐的时候还在送。一共赠送了3大瓶矿泉水和2杯饮料!非常感谢他!服务员都很幽默,早晨在大堂等导游的时候,一个将近一米九的小哥,摘了2朵花送给我。很可爱~ 再来说说不足吧。。。1、个人认为酒店的SPA价格略贵一些。2、因为是毛里求斯西海岸,沙子的质量不是很好,也不太干净。泳池的水也不是很干净。3、酒店公共区域的卫生真的应该多注意一下了。在入住酒店的时候,在房间门口发现了一只像鹅卵石一样大的昆虫尸体,进了屋以后,又在地上发现了一条不知名的昆虫的腿。。。 不过总体的感觉还是很棒的!吊床很好玩~西海岸的好处就是可以看很美的日落! 18 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recommended Highly recommended. Intercontinental Balaclava has the plus of being a business hotel by the beach. Extremely quiet (compared to its peers) mostly beacuse very vast which is super convenient. Its employees are among the nicest of the island. Smile on the lips, always a good word to say and very helpful. Special thanks to Oliver at the gym who is really dedicated and on top of its things but also and mainly to Kevin , the Chief concierge, who knows it all and will definitely make sure that your stay remains unique. It is the second time we have stayed with my husband at Interconti Balaclava in about 2 years and this time we had the opportunity to try the Private suite. A ...palace of it own! Thank you Interconti team to make this happen and rendez-vous next year! 17 March 2015
