Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 897 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect location, you need to go at least once! Everything about the Willard draws you in. The stately exterior, the quirky circular bar, the hopping sidewalk cafe, everything. There are other hotels around the corner, plenty of places within walking distance of the mall and the White House, but none quite as smart and distinct. And while, it's not a cheap hotel, considering the combination of location and service, it's reasonable, if not a bargain! May 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and Property A fantastic location and well maintained historic property make for a great stay! May 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location, very comfortable stay The hotel is great place to stay while visiting DC. Its almost next to the White house and museums, all within walking distance in good weather. Since its in downtown, lots of dining options available nearby. The beds are very comfortable, amenities are pretty good. The staff is very courteous, and prompt in helping out for anything needed. The place has quite a grand old style luxury with modern comforts. May 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Here's to spontaneity! I booked this room for my family and I for the weekend on a spur of the moment. From the second we arrived, Ali (the concierge) made us feel like royalty. The entire staff made us feel at home and made it known that our every need would be met. The room was immaculate, enough to where my son spilled milk on the floor and when I wiped it clean the towel was spotless (no dirt whatsoever which is good for my OCD self) So glad I chose to stay here and I hope to return soon! I am thoroughly impressed. May 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent experience I love the friendly and helpful staffs at The Willard Washington D.C. They were very accommodating. Also the location of The Willard was absolutely convenient for accesses to sightseeing and foods! The room was clean and quiet for a comfortable sleep even during the busiest time on the weekend. The only con was the air conditioner. It didn't seem to work well to temperature adjustment made. May 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Location/Location/Extraordinary Experience Located near the mall so you can see the monuments, tour museums and stroll back to your room to rest or visit the Round Robin and savor a refreshment. Truly treated like ROYALTY. Fantastic views and supreme service/attention to customer (treated more like true GUEST service). Outstanding experience in every way. Kristen Garrett, Guest Relations Manager, took the time to personally inquire as to our experience soon after check-in and during our stay. We could not have written a scenario of a better stay. Expectations are high when you stay at a "top rated" establishment so the slightest issue can be disappointing and we were satisfied beyond our high expectations. A friend who had recently stayed elsewhere in D.C., commented that he had seen the Willard and commented that we had gone "FIRST CLASS". I told him that until you actually stay at the Willard you can't really appreciate the FIRST CLASS experience of staying in D.C. May 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by beautiful hotel Beautiful lobby - very elegant all around - gracious staff. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location We loved the location of this hotel. Few minute walk from many of Washington DC's popular tourist attractions. The room was ready when we went there. Plus the fact that this is a historic hotel made the stay more interesting. Wish the rooms were bigger, but this is what you expect when hotel is close to major attractions. May 20, 2015
