    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service Unfortunately a rather expensive booking but Keith was excellent in finding me a room to sleep in as I had forgotten to book. Very disapointed to learn that Saki is leaving, a loss for the Intercontinental and a gain to whatever hotel she may go to. Difficult to understand why the hotel would let such a customer focused and professional member of staff go. 21 October 2014

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and whilst some staff members have come and gone the one unchanging factor is the exemplary level of service. From the warm greeting upon arrival, the early morning wake up call and coffee (Thank you Fa), and now the new Club International with Jenna and her exceptional team. 19 October 2014
