Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice but not nice...... Overall the hotel is nice..... but the days we were there, a large wedding party was as well. As a very frequent traveler, I have seen it all. And am quite patient. I believe however, that when you have a large party of predominately younger folks, you have to let them know the hotel is not their personal drinking club. Select a person from the group who will be the liaison or go-to person and set boundries. And when the staff speaks to the group and the group does not follow simple rules, then you advise that further infractions will result in removal. We saw repeated situations where warnings were not taken seriously and the behaviors continued. All guests have rights and privileges as paying customers but when a group seems to feel their 'party' has more rights than others, that is just arrogant and wrong. It was incumbent on the hotel staff and leadership to maintain control. We were not the only family to feel they did NOT. Please...no apology's after the fact. Learn from this. August 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Hotel Very secure hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very updated and arranged nicely. You have your own kitchen in your room. The social hours during the week with the free food is such a nice touch and also free breakfast in the morning. The patio area is done beautifully. I can't express enough how awesome this hotel is. They have thought of everything. My husband and I just loved the hotel!! August 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel with excellent service My colleague and I recently stayed at this location and were blown away with the place. The front desk was very welcoming upon our arrival and had great recommendations for lunch. The rooms were spacious and appeared to be brand new. We also enjoyed the managers reception, it was nice to have a complimentary dinner and converse with the general manager. I will definitely be staying at this location in the future. August 3, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value...poor service We used the Staybridge as our wedding hotel. The value of the rooms and the free breakfast was worth the stay, but the customer service was lacking. Rooms were not ready for check in at 3:00pm and several of our wedding party guests had to wait. This was a huge inconvenience due to travel, and getting ready for the rehearsal dinner. Additionally, none of the directions were given out when our customers checked in. Finally, I was told the free shuttle would drop our family and friends off at the wedding site they just needed to schedule at the front desk. When our guests asked for the shuttle service they were told they could not take them to venue. July 31, 2014
