It was a very nice stay. The only complaint would be that the buffet area was very crowded and cramped and the breakfast area didn't have quite enough seating. So if that's the most that I have to complain about then it was pretty good.

We had recently stayed in two hotels that were OK, but poor by comparison to this hotel. Our room here was beautiful, well equipped and provided for our every need. The breakfast offered great variety and was very tasty. We would highly recommend the Staybridge to anyone who planned to overnight in Chattanooga.

I have been staying at this hotel almost every other week for the past 7 years for work. They recently upgraded their rooms with new beds , carpeting and furniture. The rooms look great and are more comfortable. The location is great. I love this hotel for their free continental breakfast and their manager's reception on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

I travel to Chattanooga serveral times per year. This property has become my go-to hotel; usually the quality of the property and the staff, combined with competitive pricing, make this property a better option than other hotels in Downtown Chattanooga.
This past weekend, the property failed to live up to its previous levels of quality and service. I was in town for my son's graduation and had made several reservations for family.
Two of these reservations needed to be changed to meet the needs of grandparents. I tried to make changes to the reservations at the front desk. One clerk was very accomodating, while the other was clearly over servicing the needs of a full property and had to be pushed to make the changes I requested. This is not the type of service this property normally offers.
Housekeeping service was fine, though the service failed to replenish consumables like shampoo and popcorn.
The breakfast service was overwhelmed, with the staff struggling to replenish empty serving dishes and clean the dining area.
I will chalk this past weekend up to a failiure by management to staff up to meet the needs of the guests. Will I return in the future? Most likely, as the property should have an opportunity to redeem itself.

I was very pleased with our stay here in Chattanooga. The room was comfortable with a good downtown location. Easy to catch the trolley. The breakfast was very good. Try the biscuits and sausage gravy. The parking area was secure.
I am moving Staybridge Suites to the top of my list of inexpensive but quality places to stay.

Stayed Friday through Sunday for a weekend bicycle event. The staff changed the breakfast schedule to accommodate our early start. Thanks a bunch!!
The only inconvenience was the lack of a stairway from the room to the lobby. All stairs led to the outside with no direct access to the parking lot.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The weekend we came to Chattanooga was rainy but the this hotel helped cheer the family up! Thanks to Jason,who was very helpful to find our way in Chattanooga.The free breakfast was really good and made the stay all the more worth it.We also used the pool and fitness room-over all we were very satisfied and will come back to Staybridge next time for another weekend getaway.
