Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by carol4959 good experience that visit but current one not at all good
Will be writing another review just as soon as we check out. The visit in May was great. My husband is handicapped and they put us in a nice, handicapped, suite. Super convenient. Everyone was wonderful. HOWEVER, although my husband made reservations for another handicapped suite for our current visit, the hotel cancelled that reservation without notice to us, when his company booked rooms. When we called the front desk, we were informed there were no other rooms available and that we should check back tomorrow. So, although it is inconvenient, and although my husband had specifically requested another handicapped suite, the hotel failed to follow through. NOT a HAPPY CAMPER! This is not the way one expects a company to do business! Hopefully, this situation will be rectified tomorrow so that we won't have to spend the rest of the week in this space. Will write another review when we check out.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dafyddygog This place was first class
I don't give full marks to everyone but this place just did it for me. We haven't stayed at any Staybridge Suits before despite being a Priority member for many years, so we were not sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face, and he couldn't do enough for us. The room was spot on in every way. I could go on but I think youv'e got the message by now. I will be saying at more of these in the future - excellent value!!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ehrin Excellent Stay
Good location, good hotel. The facilities are rather new and clean, I gave the sleep a middle-of-the-road rating because I got stuck on the fold out couch, which (as expected) was not exactly the highlight of my trip.
There were no questionable stains/broken items, it's a good hotel to stay in, although the pool is a little too chlorinated for my personal tastes. The breakfast was among the best I've had in an "included breakfast" hotel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by thedaver Upgrade option
I was not able to book the two bedroom suite online prior to the stay. However, at check-in, I was able to upgrade the single room suite to the double since there just happened to be one available.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by tyko noisy area, concrete pillows
Staff was nice, only stayed one night which was a good thing since I got zero sleep. The bed is like a concrete slab and the pillows were like rocks. Flashing lighted signs right outside the week window and lots of traffic noise. Also, there's no ice machine. The rooms are large and look nice with kitchen area and even a dishwasher. If they'd invest in some quality mattresses and pillows it could be a nice place, especially for business travel since it's in an industrial area. Beware of the toilet paper and tissues, they're like sand paper. Best bring your your own.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lrw78 great location and value
the rooms here are great. they have a kitchen, living area, and a bedroom. this was much better than a normal hotel room if you have small children. our toddler enjoyed having more space than your average hotel room to run around in. the location of this hotel is great. it is only a 15 minute walk to the aquarium (the furthest point downtown). if you have children, you can also walk to the creative discovery museum and chattanooga choo choo. this hotel is a great value b.c you can eat dinner there on tues/wed/thurs nights. There is a menu posted in your room. You also get a delicious, hot breakfast every morning. i would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a great place to stay and a good value. we were very pleased and will be back!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MadStone Excellent Reward Nights Stay
This hotel has provided us with a great place to base our Chattanooga activities from. Convenient to downtown (very short by car, a reasonable walk in cooler times) and in good location to access 24 for moving about to other areas. The staff was courteous and we had absolutely no issues with the room. Worked out as a Platinum member to receive an upgrade without hassle. We have used this hotel for 2 trips now and most likely will return in the future when we visit the area.
