Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Air Conditioning / Living Room Central Air was nice, but a little loud in the master bedroom. Took a long time for the temperture to reach desired temp, but remained at the same temp once temp was achived. A recliner in living room would have made the stay almost perfect. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, But Could Be Better No Recognition of my Platinum Status upon Check-in. Was not offered any refreshment, snack, etc. Hotel and rooms are nice, kitchen works well, but since hotel has no icemakers you need to wait about 2 hours for the fridge icemaker to start working. Pool was dirty, water was cloudy, and pool was overfilled. Also, Pool towels were the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel, barely larger than a hand towel. Breakfast was not as good as previous stays. No french toast, no bacon, no biscuits/gravy. Just a egg burrito. Orange juice was very watery. Location was great, rooms were quiet Note - A/C has a motion sensor. During the night, room would get very warm because A/C shuts itself off. August 21, 2014

Free breakfast every morning, and free evening meal/snack a few times a week. Great place to stay in Las Cruces/WSMR area. August 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 100% RECOMMENDED! This facility is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to meet all of your needs. The two bedroom, two bath suite is spacious and nicely appointed. The pool and covered patio is exceptional. Breakfast is provided and is quite satisfying. Workout room has full complement of equipment and machines. Free to use washing machines and dryers. Great location in Las Cruces. I could not be more satisfied. August 13, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not my favorite Suite hotel Traveling around America on a road trip, we've had the opportunity to stay at many Suite hotels. Staybridge is not a favorite. Table but no chairs in room (to sit and eat at). Allowing pets is a major issue as I have allergy to pet dander and wish I had been asked if I preferred a "NO PET" room at time of booking or check-in. Also made a pot of coffee but it had a foul taste (perhaps maker needs cleaning or a water filter on faucet would help, not sure). I'll stick with RI for suite stays. Thanks August 6, 2014
