Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All the comforts of home I make numerous trips to London during the year and since finding Staybridge Suites I have no need to consider going anywhere else when I return to the area. All of the team members at the hotel are pleasant and genuinely interested in my welfare. Amanda, Mark and April at the front desk stand out to me as what all customer care people should aspire to be. As busy as the Hotel Manager is, Kimberley also takes time to check in with me when I visit, which is comforting as well. It is quite apparent that the training of and retention of quality team members is a very high priority at the Staybridge in London, which keeps them and the Staybridge brand at the forefront in my eyes. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I only stayed one night but it was a nice place to stay. The staff were excellent and the location is great right off the freeway. The walls are a little thin but I still had a good nights sleep November 11, 2014

Caitlyn at the front desk upon arrival and ( April ?) for booking were both very professinal and polite/ helpful . November 4, 2014
