    we enjoy staying at this hotel, but sadly we learned, (the hard way) it is a pet friendly location.
    Probably a great idea for pet owners, not awesome for the rest of us.
    Bed and pillows were super, super soft.

    In general, this location is a good place to stay while visiting this area. However, we encountered issues with room cleaning (or lack thereof) over our weekend stay. This led to us running out of amenities, and garbage piling up in the room...necessitating trips outside via the front entrance to dispose of it.
    IF staying less than 7 days, and over a weekend ensure to have this issued addressed PRIOR to your arrival. It needs be done before 5pm on the Friday (for weekend visits) and we arrived at approximately 8:30pm...unable to arrange this service.

    Nice hotel, good service

    I was making choices between Staybridge and HolidayInn for my family's one night trip. I picked the right one. This hotel is for sure exceeded my expectations. Rooms are very clean, as well as pool and fitness room. Complementary breakfast has enough varieties to satisfy our needs. Check in and out are easy and friendly. This hotel is definitely on my list to stay next time.

    They forgot to make our room and the toliet backed up.

    No one made our room up, I had to go to the front desk and request some new towels. Our toilet backed up but was attended to fairly quickly, The lady at the front desk wasn't overly friendly. When I checked out she asked if they could have done anything better, and I mentioned them forgetting to clean the room and the toilet issue. While she apologized, I though there should have been a discount offered on my total, but there wasn't. We had an adjoining room door and our neighbours were fairly noisy so we didn't sleep too well. They did accommodate my request to have our 2 rooms on the lower floor and close together when we checked in. The hotel is located conveintly off the 401 and close to amenities.
