Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Accomodations and a Great Staff This was our second stay a Staybridge O'Fallon. The accomodations were quite comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Ashley gave us a warm welcome upon our extra late arrival to check in. The chocolate chip cookies she shared with us were such a treat! A special thanks to Jackie who came to work early on a Saturday morning to make sure we had a good breakfast before our early flight out. We look forward to our next stay. October 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Felt Like Home! Our suite had all the comforts of home. This was important to us as we had been on the road a month traveling across America and were 2 days from home. By the time we reached O'Fallon Chesterfield we had been to 25 different motels/hotels. This is the first time we stayed at Staybridge and since our experience was so positive, we have put it on the top of our list of places to lodge in the future. October 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic stay I cannot say enough good about this property. The staff was absolutely fantastic! While talking about the staff, the lady that services the kitchen was the best! Jackie takes great pride in providing the best service and food. She is limited, since they don't have a food license, but she is able to prepare and present the dinners with unparalleled pride and efficiency. I can not say enough good about her and the service that she provides. I stayed for 2 months and am planning another extended stay in the future. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are tops. The sales rep, Joanie, is wonderful. I would like to take a moment to thank Tom for all of his late night wit and humor. Jeanna and Ashley are the best trouble makers in the world. They refer to themselves as thing one and thing two, which is so fitting! They provide entertainment and consistent smiles. Everyone treats you like family, even some of the grumpier staff that reminds you of your annoying siblings. The rooms have been completely remodeled and feel like a true apartment, the pool deck is decent. The pool deck does contain a wonderful fire pit and grills, where many great times are had. I can not say enough good. I suggest that anyone reading this review take the opportunity to stay there. I will be returning any time I have the opportunity. I forgot to mention how they treat your animals. The people in the hotel ( save one that I know of ) LOVE canine companions. They take the time to play with them and share their stories about their animals. They have even made an area for the dogs to run around and have fun. If you go with your dog, please take the moment to be a decent person and clean up after your pet. It is so annoying to me to have to clean up after someone else's animal. Thank you to all of the staff. You have a hard job to do and you do it so very well! October 9, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My stay at Staybridge The hotel was nice. Room was great, bed was great, bedding was great. There was a dog in the next room but he only barked when I was arriving or leaving. Mostly I did not know he was there. The breakfast was just OK, not much variety day to day. Milk machine was out of order. Hard to take anything back up to room. Coffee was very good.
