I can't say enough good things about our stays. We have had to come over to Reno for the past two months and everyone has been so great and accomodating to our special circumstances. I truly appreciate the care and concern they have shown us. The amenities are also great for not just the two of us but also for our children. Thank you to all the staff at Staybridge - Reno.

I'm a grandma who believes children should not be staying in casino hotels, so Staybridge was a perfect alternative. Since it's "extended stay" I was afraid they would be uptight and quiet-oriented. Instead it felt very much like home, child and pet friendly so our visiting grandchildren had a great time too. Hardly any shushing, yet it was very quiet in our room. Breakfast was great (we never had the dinner), the indoor pool was great with snow outside. So from a standpoint of grandparents and 3 little ones the facilities and staff were AWESOME!

Staybridge reno has great staff. On Thur. night, I left my new bought camera by the salad bar. I thought it must be gone but I was so happy to find it was well kept by the reception staff and they returned that to me! Actually, every staff I encountered is very warm and polite and helpful. The first night ( 1Jan.)arrived, I can't find the button to open my trunk. A tall staff from reception helped me sort out immediately. A male staff with medium build always gave me friendly greetings. A female staff on duty of 5Jan. was also very warmhearted with all kinds of our requests. The cleaning staff are wonderful with their job too. Their service is spotless. The food provided at breakfast and evening reception is of good quality, especially in term of freshness compared with other staybridge. I have great experience with the customer service with Staybride reno. Definitely I will return

This hotel was a great deal for us because we also have two small kids that stayed in the room with us. The breakfast section was fine and the kids were happy. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday they also had an easy dinner like burgers or tacos. Also the indoor pool was great and the kids had a lot of fun swimming while I sat in the hot tub.
Downtown Reno, Airport and Mt.Rose ski area are all close by. For the price it was an excellent place to stay. Kitchen was helpful for snacks and prepping lunch to go. The dishes and pans are stocked to cook dinner but we did not have to do that. The staff was excellent and tried to fill all our complicated requests. They even made my daughter a Cascadia. And the price is very resonable.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by oregonsunray Comfy beds and nice kitchen, but chinsy couch, iffy breakfast, and no towels for pool!
Overall the stay was fine/good. The beds were nice and the kitchen supplies were handy. The rest of the room was a little run-down - the couch was old and saggy and there was a light fixture cover missing in the bathroom. Also, upon finding no towels at the pool or in the adjacent fitness room, we tried calling the front desk from the pool phone (also the emergency phone!), only to find it didn't work. Good thing there wasn't an emergency! However, we did need towels, so I gathered my daughter and walked back to the front desk. The staff person was nice, even came back to the pool a few minutes later to say they were drying & folding towels, so it might be a few minutes. An hour later, we were done swimming, but still had NO TOWELS! My poor 5 yr old shivered and dripped the whole way back to the room, saying "they should have brought towels"... from the mouths of babes. Breakfast selection was good, even for plant-based eaters, if you buy your own soy milk (4 cereals, oatmeal, fruit, bread, bagels, all sorts of drinks), but the fruit salad seemed to have rotten fruit in it. Not what I expected based on the 5 star reviews.

My wife and I have stayed here several times now and have enjoyed our stay each time. The rooms are great, the social hour is nice with a light dinner and drinks, the breakfast is great, the staff are helpful and friendly, etc. I highly recommend the Reno Staybridge!

The staff did their darndest to make my stay as close to home as they could. And I mean all from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. All would go out of their way to make the stay pleasant.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by chrysalis62 Thank You Staybridge Reno
Thank you to Staybridge and your staff for making my stay just awesome. I seriously think it would be so much harder for a hearing impaired person like myself to travel so far away from home if I didn't have the support of people like Heather, Doug, Anna, Mike, and others. I've started eating breakfast again, the ladies who cook it are awesome and they go out of their way to greet me every morning. It does help set the tone for the day.
Special thanks to Heather for making sure I got my cell phone back!
Keep up the good work, this has been an awesome experience for me.
