The rooms are great, the social hour is nice with a light dinner and drinks, the breakfast is great, the staff are helpful and friendly, etc. I highly recommend the Reno Staybridge! January 4, 2013

I seriously think it would be so much harder for a hearing impaired person like myself to travel so far away from home if I didn't have the support of people like Heather, Doug, Anna, Mike, and others. I've started eating breakfast again, the ladies who cook it are awesome and they go out of their way to greet me every morning. It does help set the tone for the day. Special thanks to Heather for making sure I got my cell phone back! Keep up the good work, this has been an awesome experience for me. December 7, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay I highly recommend this Staybridge. We have stayed in this hotel for about 25 days over 3 separate stays this year. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The breakfasts and happy hours are good and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is wonderful. It is clean and commodious. And it allows pets. (However, our sofa - which was in a "pet designated room" was clean but tired - which is probably not the case for the non-pet rooms.) I do not think you can go wrong staying here. November 24, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay Stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom, two bath suite. Room was excellent; however the cleaning staff had missed a wet wash cloth in a bathroom, and the one of the trash containers was not emptied. Both of these oversights were in the larger of the two bedrooms. Other than that, the suite was spotless and very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Ana and Heather, were excellent. The food service staff was also very professional. We especially enjoyed the social hour in the afternoon and the breakfast. But the best service was locating and returning my friend's iPad which he inadvertently left in his room. We were staying at the Staybridge Suites in Las Vagas when he noticed that he left it in Reno. Thanks so much for sending it back to him. November 10, 2012
