Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay in Rocklin! We always enjoy our stays here with very comfy beds, very nice breakfast, big comfortable rooms and always a wonderful Staff! Also I love the big workout room with a big screen TV and nice equipment and Water!! Then there's the free laundry room if needed. Also great pool and hottub! The location is wonderful for us too, not to far off the freeway but I have never heard any noise. Close to Starbucks and lots of stores! January 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great room, clean, cute decor at Christmas At first a little difficult to find the actual hotel. It's tucked way behind the shopping center. Really surprised by full kitchen in suite. Great layout of room. Wish we could have stayed longer and take advantage of all amenities. Like the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The only thing that was slightly off was that we asked for additional pillow cases and had to go to lobby to pick up ourselves. There was only one person on duty it seemed. Otherwise, great stay, place was clean, decor was cute during Christmas, breakfast was easy to self serve. December 30, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cramped Quarters We usually love Staybridge Suites and try to find one whenever we travel. This room was a big disappointment. Unbelievably cramped sleeping, bathroom, and closet area. Very small to accommodate a couple. Kitchen and sitting areas were adequate. One drape was missing from the bedroom so early morning sun could not be eliminated. Alarm clock was broken. Was replaced after 2days. Drape was never replaced. Toilet did not flush when we initially arrived, but that was corrected by Scott, great employee. Toilet eventually had to be snaked, but then functioned OK. Breakfasts were very good with a good variety of food. Waffles were great. Service person who worked Saturday, 12/15 & Sunday, 12/16 breakfasts was excellent making sure everyone had what they needed. Did not get her name, but she deserves kudos. Still love the Staybridge brand , but would not stay at this hotel again. Also air conditioner was very noisy. December 20, 2013

The staff are nice and friendly, the room is comfortable and I have the feeling of coming home everytime I walked in to Staybridge. I ordered several items from Amazon and had them sent to Staybridge prior to my arrival. The staff helped me to receive the items and passed them to me when I reached Staybridge. The only drawback if I really have to pick on is the limited choice of food for the breakfast. Nevertheless, the overall service is still wonderful! December 17, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of housekeeping I have stayed at this hotel over 50 nights in the past few years and have always enjoyed my stay, however my first day at the hotel this time, the housekeeping department neglected to clean my room. I confronted the desk manager who stated if I had left one of their door magnets on the door handle the. The maids would not enter the room. I assured him no such magnets were on the door. This was at 4:15pm and for that day I never did get and maid service. At 5:00pm I sat in the lobby and watched all of the maids leave for the day and the manager never even attempted to correct this issue. I will think twice before I book another stay at this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Long-Term Stay Policy Excellent facility and staff. I enjoyed my stay. However, the only problem that I had was in regards to their credit card processing policy. At check in the front desk clerk did not charge my card for my full stay which was made available to them. They stated that since this was a long-term stay that they would bill me ever two weeks and thereafter. I was contacted by my bank that they were billing my credit card every day for two months straight ranging from $6,000-$3,000 for a pre-authorization for the entire stay. I mentioned this activity to the front desk and they stated that they would stop performing this activity on a daily basis. They never stopped. I decided to leave after two months. Just make sure that they bill you upfront to avoid this type of harrassment. November 3, 2013
