beds very bouncy, not good for old backs. Towels are sandpaper, not soft at all. Wireless internet is the worst. 2 MBPS in my room which is unusable. Breakfast is hit or miss. Was there at 6:30 and no eggs left. Oatmeal was still a liquid too. Location is great as there are 50 restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

We stayed at another place the first night in Houston. We were very unsatisfied. We looked all afternoon for a new hotel. When we arrived at the Staybridge, we were met by Erica, she gave us her undivided attention. We knew this was the place for us. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Full kitchen except for oven, with full size microwave. Amenities like no other hotel has offered. The people who work there are truly like family. They made us feel like part of their families. We stayed with them for 13 weeks while I was working in Houston. We will forever remember them not only as friends but as extended family.

I love the Staybridge Suites, Houston-Nasa/Clear Lake!
Everything from the staff, especially Erika, the breakfast, the dinner socials and staff, the 24-7 extensive gym, free laundry, pool, hot tub, and all, is stellar. I have stayed at this hotel long term and love it. Truly the staff and all make it my "home away from home!" I car hardly wait to go back! Also, for Christmas, I also got a personal Christmas stocking, as did the rest of the guests...I was truly touched!

I have stayed at this location many times. Every single time, I have had an issue with the DVD player not working, not hooked up right, etc. I have suggested this to desk staff before, but it is HIGHLY recommended that there be some instructions put in the room on how to ensure it is correctly hooked up and how to access it via the remote. This stay, they had to replace the DVD player. First it had no cord, so after I got the cord and hooked it up, it still would not work. For the price, that equipment ought to work every time.

I live in naples fl. I looked up the Staybridge in the area and it does not even come close to the 501 property. The rooms are amazing, food amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. I come to the area every now and then and always stay at this property. I love it.

Wonderful hotel very friendly staff always made me feel at home. I will be coming back to the area and I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
