This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in recent times! I chose this property because we had stayed there a number of years ago and had had a pleasant stay. This time I was travelling with my small dog and found it to be the perfect spot. The 2 room suite was really nice, since the bedroom is away from the door/hallway. This was a nice quiet place for the dog's crate. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great to have. I felt this room was a great value compared to other hotel offerings. My only negative comment is that the temp. control units were rather loud and hard to regulate.
I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel, staff was great, nice little kitchen in the room, room was so quiet no outside noise.
Bed was comfy! Better than home. Can't wait to go back

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and having the kitchen facilities in our room made it much more convenient than any standard hotel room. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with recommendations and directions. The hot breakfast had a nice daily variety to keep it interesting and the evening food and beverage reception was above and beyond what we have experienced anywhere else. This was our first stay at a Staybridge but it will be our first choice from now on.

We have stayed at this site on numerous occasions and have always found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has numerous choices, hot and cold. The staff is readily available to meet our needs.

Our recent stay at the Staybridge Suites in Clive, IA could have been a disaster when our toilet flooded late one night. The flooding was cleaned up but we had to move to another room. Although, the room available was not what I had requested and paid for, the hotel clerks were wonderful in finally setting us up in a great suite to enjoy our grandchildren for Christmas. Adrian was extremely pleasant and helpful and we would not have had all the amenities working correctly (fireplaces, DVD, phones, etc.) without Cary's help. He is simply the best. Jessica, the manager, discounted our stay and was also extremely professional and helpful. We truly enjoy the amenities at this hotel which is why we chose it again for our stay. The hotel is very warm and cozy and we were taken care of very well while the blizzard occurred. We like Staybridge Suites and this one is very good. Thank you all and Happy New Year!!

The staff are amazing! They treated me with so much kindness! I felt so welcome. Jeremy actually knows my name and greets me when I arrive. This is the ONLY place I will stay in the Des Moines area.

I was in Des Moines visiting family for Thanksgiving . Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Jeremy (the front desk manager at that time). I was extremely pleased with the hotel and will be staying there again in December .

I was not as pleased with the Des Moines stay as I was the Davenport stay. There was a mix up with our room upon check in, I had to remind them I was a priority member to get welcome bag and the breakfast was disappointing. It was the same thing both days, there was only 1 person working the area so she was doing the cutting of fruit, refilling the food and cleaning the tables. It was busy and she was behind most of the time. She kept a smile on her face the whole time. Bless her heart! There were little bugs in our bathroom and I had to request linen for the sofa sleeper as there was not any in the room.

Jackie and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and right at home! Since I am someone who is often away from home for meetings in the Des Moines area, I appreciate a friendly face at the front desk who does whatever they can to make my stay comfortable.

It was very rainy outside and I had just got in from a long day of traveling. The front desk was able to check me in very efficiently and me to to my room. It couldn't have been better.
