I live hours from Boise and sometimes need to stay in Boise for 1 or 2 nights for doctor’s appointments and other meetings. I ALWAYS stay here. The staff are happy, helpful and knowledgeable.
My most unusual stay was because I had a car accident and I came to this hotel with my little dog directly from the Emergency Room to the hotel. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. They took my luggage to my room and walked my dog and were very empathetic. I arrived with two slings on and a major concussion. It was amazing to get so much help when I really did need it. They are the best!!

Best hotel experience bar none. From the minute I showed up till the minute I left the staff made us feel welcome and accommodated our every need. Slept like I was in my own bed and really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfy as well and the staff were super friendly. Plenty of parking and a well lit parking lot.
Average accommodation, problems with TV, did not give discount as promised

I dont think we would stay at this hotel again, as they did not follow through when I spoke with their corporate reservations people and they told me that the hotel would provide the discount I was offered when trying to complete reservation online and that they would send notes that would be visible to the hotel we were staying in. Seemed dishonest.
