Guide dogs or service animals are welcome in all areas of the hotel. A dog bowl and bed are available on request, for complimentary use. Arrive via car park or main entrance with level access into hotel, once in the hotel there are lifts to all floors.

宠物散步区

The kennels provide your dog with an individual inside sleeping area and an individual covered run which they have free access to during the day. The dogs are woken and allowed access into their runs from 7am, and brought in again at bed time, which is 9pm during the summer and earlier during the winter months; this is so the sleeping quarters can then be heated. Plastic beds with vet bedding, and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. All dogs are walked around the large paddock daily. Dogs are walked on flexi leads, one dog at a time so your dog will receive full attention. Don't worry if your dog is not good with other dogs he or she will still be walked, just while no other dogs are out. Any dogs that are fussy about toileting in their kennels are always taken out around our garden area several times during the day, and just before bedtime! All dogs must be up to date with their annual booster, and will need to bring their certificate with them. In the unlikely event of your dog requiring veterinary treatment we will not hesitate to take them , and will do all we can to have your dog seen by his or her own vet. Dogs are fed according to your requirements; a selection of wet and dry feeds are available in the kennel kitchen. If your dog has special dietary requirements you are welcome to provide your own feed during your pets stay with us.
