BARK is a salute to everything wild and free. We look to nature, around us for inspiration and local ingredients, and we handpick everything for quality and sustainability. We never complicate things but keep them simple and great, and we allow ourselves to add a unique personal touch to everything we serve. Our love for the American diner tradition is self evident.
