It is very nice property and having overall good experiences while dealing staff and other people. breakfast is very good good and very well spread.

Can be better place. Little overrated. But this is the best place to stay at this locality.
I am staying here for the third time.
Rooms need to be renovated. Bathrooms are ok but room where I stayed, had very noisy shower and the knob didn't work well, a d I feel thats pathetic for 5 star property

Great room and view....the bar and restaurant should however be more value proposition... swimming pool should be temperature controlled.. overall a great stay

You guys turn the hotel in a banquet only and just enjoy taking care of marriage guests , no good services you have now, room service always made goof ups with orders so do restaurant , not taking care of loud disturbing sound

During check out i face one problem. I clear all my due in night to save my time' during check out . On my request mr gurjot clear all my due and one water bottle adjust as a complimantry with the help of restaurant manager . So i clear all my due in night. But after in morning during check out new recepnist again show me your water bottle payment is still panding so all this issue happen due to unproper handover and he waste my time . So pl improve it

This family stay was planned at the last hour only, so I was worried about all the arrangements. But what made it excellent was my selection of IHG’s CROWNE PLAZA ROHINI.
The team was always there to make for all the requirements.
Right from the smooth check in, meals, service, and the room decor were just marvellous

There is only one word to describe The CP Rohini - Extreme Hospitality! People like Priyanka, Riya and Kartick at the front desk, Ms. Mukta Khanna who took the trouble to make contact with me and thank me for staying here, the in-room check-in experience, the staff in the Mosaic - Vivek, Johnson, Deepak, Tuba, Anita and all the others - they are are olympic team.

Thanks to Crowne Plaza, Rohini for adding a sense of completeness of my Business time at Delhi. Yet times, feel little stressful of clearing all traffic hurdles on Delhi Road to reach out to the hotel, but no sooner I step in the warmth I receive right from security, front desk, bell desk till reaching out my room comforts and add fresh energies. Thanks to all those good friends make me and all my colleagues feel at home away from our homes. Keep up your good work and cheers
