Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by great staff We stayed the day of the terrible snowstorm and went to the Justin Timberlake concert. The location of hotel was awesome. Right off the interstate. Once we finally got there, the staff was wonderful. They answered all the questions we had and didn't seem annoyed. I'm sure they get asked the same questions all the time. The room was on the 16th floor. Great view!!!! Bed was awesome. Love the light above. After we got back from concert, staff helped us pick a place to order pizza. Great recommendation! I ate in the restaurant "DINE" and enjoys the beet salad, the huger crab-cake sandwich and a individual coconut cake that was to die for! The entire staff was friendly and my room was quite and really clean. 25. Februar 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Somewhat disappointed We have stayed at this property a number of times, but this time we left vaguely disappointed. The staff were courteous and efficient but nothing extraordinary. Our IHG platinum status was verbally acknowledged, but there were no perks offered. (In the past we have been offered upgrades or food or drink coupons.). This time there was no perk at all, not even a bottle of water. The room was comfortable and clean, and We like the fact that the rooms all have balconies. We were a bit disappointed that the supermarket across the street was closing, but there is a drugstore right behind the hotel. The hotel location is convenient to the train station which is our mode of travel for our winter visits. When we do drive, it is nice that the lot is right out front. I would still recommend this hotel and would still use this hotel, but it does not stand out as much as it has on previous visits. 3. Februar 2014
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Nice hotel/poor restauraunt My room was very nice, well stocked, and very clean. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the restaurant. I found the food to be mediocre at best and extremely overpriced. Room service rates were absurd and the I was quite disappointed in the food quality. A drink, appetizer, and dessert cost over $40 delivered to my room. There were separate room charges and delivery fees added to my bill that totaled over $8. The dessert was extremely dry and the appetizer very over-priced. I would recommend the lodging itself but not the restaurant. 2. Februar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great Stay This was my second time staying at this hotel. Once for leisure, and once for business. I had a great experience both times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and fresh. The restaurant food was very good, although service was a little slow at breakfast. There is a shopping center directly west of the hotel with a very nice grocery store. The location is great, right off the expressway and close to downtown. Traffic in the area is not bad at all. 1. Februar 2014
