Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Poor Experience Stayed Feb 2014. Modern King Bed Room with the 8 days parking. Rate as a 3 star hotel. Bathtub in room had coating/paint peeling in 1/2 a dozen spots the size of your foot. Parking at the hotel difficult for space and overflow parking located at another hotel. Parking lot difficulties may have been increased due to recent storms not allowing proper clearing of snow and construction equipment also located in the hotel parking lot. The restaurant service was slow for morning breakfast @ 9 am when ordering off the menu. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 1/2 hour, but on return you are to call. On our return the early morning of Feb 22 2014, we called five times and told each time "they will be there shortly". Apparently shortly is 50 mins., yes 50 minutes from our first call. Many friendly and service capable choices around the area, which we have previously used. 27. Februar 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Excellent Hotel at a great price (package w/parking and bkfst) Two things I did not like. 1. One airport shuttle to transport dozens of travelers staying at this hotel IS NOT ENOUGH!! If you have full occupancy, have more buses transporting to the airport to avoid the long wait. 2. I had a package of one night with 21 days of parking included. There was NO parking available on-site. I was sent to another hotel, I had to leave my car there and call the bus for a pick up, it took me an extra 40 min. to do all this, at night (almost midnight) suffering the awful weather, not convenient at all. As a traveler, once you arrive to your hotel at night the only thing you want to do is to crash out. Outside of this, excellent hotel, nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. A suggestion: Please start breakfast earlier, 6:30 am. is too late for us travelers who need to arrive to the airport by 6 am. 25. Februar 2014
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Overbooked and unorganized I had bought a coupon for a great deal to stay night before we were leaving for vacation and to park our car there while we were gone. We had another couple who had done the same. When we got there, they explained they were overbooked and that we could drive around to get a spot or have to go to another hotel to park! What??? We have never had this happen. The hotel was total chaos and no one seemed to care. We found a spot somehow when someone was leaving but our friends had to drive down the street and parl. Then waited 20 minutes for a shuttle back to our hotel! No valet??? What??? And the next morning when catching the shuttle to the airport, we almost didn't get in as they were so disorganized with throwing in luggage willy-nilly and not having enough seats in the shuttle. Won't ever go there again. 25. Februar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great service I left the passenger window opened while away on a cruise for 10 days. Your staff was notified on the 6th day by a guest, and your maintainance crew taped plastic sheeting to protect my car from the elements. The staff checked my license palate and notice that I would not be returning foe another 3days. The night I got back, weather was miserable with gusty winds and rain. Thank you. By the way, only had 10 min wait for shuttle bus. 24. Februar 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 Very spacious room with a quick front office check-in Arrived from USA for an overnight stay to Narita Japan. I'd booked the room weeks ahead. The front office agent was quick to process the paperwork and had me going to the room. It so happened, it was one of the coldest days ( -30C) in YYZ. with many flight cancellations stranding many passengers . There were loads of passengers scurrying to get any accommodation offered around the airport. The lobby was busy, and the front office handled the edgy in-flux of crowds well. However, the bell caps and shuttle crew could have done more to be more helpful with the luggages. Seemed totally disinterested and disrespectful to help the incoming hotel customers and stood there yakking clad in CROWN PLAZA blazer and uniforms. A pathetic site and behavior. 20. Februar 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by shuttle service Have stayed here many times before and only complaint is with the shuttle service! On our departure to the airport at 4 am there were many (and i mean many) people waiting for the shuttle. This was a Saturday morning and we had a 6 am flight so we were sure it was always that busy at that they need more than 1 shuttle. Many people had to take taxis as the next shuttle wasn't until 4:30! So already my vacation cost me an additional $15.00 just to make sure we didn't miss our plane! Then on the way back I call for pickup n am told the shuttle will be there within 15 minutes. That was 2:45 pm. Well 35 minutes later the shuttle finally arrived. Coming from 30C to -10C does not make for happy people waiting for the shuttle. You need to tell people the truth when it comes to time so we don't get so frustrated. If its going to be 30 minutes then just say so! I will think twice about staying with you again. 15. Februar 2014
