Servicio del personal excepcional.

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unos dias en el hotel a la espera de nuestra mudanza definitiva a Belgrado. Como he sido clienta del hotel en otras ocasiones, gran parte del personal nos reconocio y su atencion durante la semana ha sido todo facilitadades.
una gran amabilidad y servicio personalizado especialmente en el servicio de desayuno. y en Bar-Lounge
Excepcional la calidad del colchon y el silencio del hotel.
Como aspecto a mejorar es la calidad de las almohadas y la conectividad del wifi que no era constant.
Gracias por la amabilidad del personal.
