抵達時，發生的小意外有幫飯店扣了一點分數！入住後還好房內住的舒適，不然我們也無使用其它硬體設施，整體來說下次會再考慮入住

一直以來我到台南都是入住假日皇冠酒店,這個飯店雖然新穎,卻結合台南古都的各項元素及生態體驗. 真的很開心在南台灣有這麼好的一間飯店可以選擇入住. 辦事休閒兩不誤! :)

除了房價稍嫌高了一些外，其他都不錯，包括用餐時服務人員很充足又積極，房間很新穎，河景也令人感到開心，距離安平一帶多數景點很近更是一大優勢

We have a wonderful time even though the location of the hotel seems isolated. The bike ride to the beach or the old town is wonderful and relaxing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best we have.
The only down side is the bed is way too soft, even after the staff removed the cushions.
Highly recommend this hotel; if you looking for a relaxing and memorable trip in Tainan Taiwan.

床好睡 ，這次入住在12樓，有陽台，外面就是台江國家公園，白天及夜晚看出去讓人很放鬆
地毯有髒汙 浴室規劃不佳
