I have over the past 30 years stayed at 400 different Crowne Plazza hotels in 39 Countries and I can not think of a single 1 that comes close to Crowne Plazza Bratislava for consistently [更多] outperforming every time I visit. Here is why! 1. The hotel always ensures I get the room type I really like it is spacious and comfortable as well as being perfectly functional. 2. The staff pay attention and all greet me by name every time they are thoughtful and very helpful. 3. My room is always cleaned when I leave for breakfast, the housekeeping is always done very well and in the time that I take breakfast. 4. Restaurant staff anticipate my needs exactly every time, they remember what I like to eat, how I like to eat it, and the team works perfectly in sinc and is not reliant on 1 person. It is an environment conducive to excellence. 5. Nothing is ever a problem for all the staff if I need a toothbrush at 3am or documents printed. It all seems to be done quickly and without hassle. In my experience in hotels and I spend 280 nights a year globally there are just a handful they manage all these things so well and no other CP. In fact I will not even consider staying at any other hotel in Bratislava and this is unique for me no other city in the World do I take this position. So if you are searching for a place to stay in Bratislava this is the simply the best you will find! [更少]

I stayed 1 night at the hotel with my family, we were very pleased by the staff member Richard, who warmly welcomed us to the property, explained and advised us on where to go and what to do in the [更多] city. He was very genuine, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and cozy, we loved the comfy bed and big-sized bathtub. The Ukrainian-speaking receptionist helped us and was extremely nice and helpful. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms! [更少]
