We’ve not stayed at this hotel before and I’m afraid that we were a bit disappointed. The bedroom was the most basic that we have come across in an IHG. We were there for 4 nights and had to leave [更多] everything in our suitcase as there were no drawers at all in which to unpack into. First time staying here, greeted warmly by the reception staff who looked after our luggage for the day until our room was ready, offering us the opportunity to use a room to get changed if we needed [更多] one after travelling. Very efficient and good service throughout the stay. Hotel location means it’s really peaceful and quiet, and is close to the lake and some lovely picturesque walks alongside it. Room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and a fully stocked bathroom. Wardrobe space is limited, but to be expected for a city break type hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and mineral water provided. Handy little fridge too. Overall a really lovely hotel, with good amenities, in a quiet location - for us it was perfect.
