I enjoy staying here because the staff are friendly people. They speak English and they are always professional in communication and appearance. Freddy checked me in on my 1st stay in May and [更多] again on my 2nd 27-night stay in July, I have to share how impressed I was when I walked up to him in July - he greeted me by my name and had already printed the form I had to sign! Impressive! Sankar, Alf, Jenny, Felicia are top tier hotel staff as well as everyone else - all of them were super nice at all times and for this I recommend the Holiday inn Kaiserslautern. Room and service where excellent. Only had one towel for 2 guest reservation but it was a simple ask to the counter. Bed very comfortable. Nice looking hotel. Will stay there again next time I'm in [更多] town [更少]
