The Hotel has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Very generous outdoor pool and garden spaces. Slightly expensive, but it is a 5 star hotel situated in a beachside area and of a very good standard. [Riduci]

The room allotted was very weird, so crooked room that I could not sleep. the stay was only one night hence I did not escalate it too much [Riduci]
High quality hotel, spacious rooms, great service and decent meals

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days on half board basis. Arrived in the morning and although the check in time was after 2pm the staff at the reception checked in me early and upgraded the room because [Espandi] I was IHG club member. The room was very spacious and overlooking the pool. WIFI throughout hotel was reliable with decent speed. The buffet breakfast and dinner had many options to choose from. Mediterrenian night cousine on Thursday was the best. I want to specially thank BBQ Chef Vaheed who cooked for us a delicious fish and meat bbq on few occasions. An example of great personal touch. I also want to mention Jay at Mosaic restaurant, who was always there providing outstanding service. Also the room Cleaner on the 4th floor, who worked tirelessly all day, deserves full credit. Few areas for improvement - the pool is great however there are very limited number of loungers were around. I appreciate this hotel are mainly focusing on business cliente, however substantial number of leisure guests were there during my stay and, finding the sun lounger after 2pm is not possible. The management should also consider an enviromental impact of their default daily bedding and towel replacement policy. This should be optional, most hotels elsewhere dropped this practice already [Riduci]

The hotel is close to the airport and next to the conference centre so it’s not really close to the city centre. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Staff is good especially at the [Espandi] restaurant, where they are excepcional. Food is also very good especially at breakfast when you have plenty of vegetarian options too. [Riduci]

Awesome for the airport or just visiting Muscat, great location. We stay here for business and leisure. Staff are all fantastic, really helpful, nothing is too much trouble, and they are always [Espandi] there to lend a hand. Rooms are always immaculate, food is excellent. [Riduci]
