Great experience overall. Stayed at Ayana before coming to IHG. Rooms at IHG are far better than Ayana. Lobby temperature seems to be on the bigger side. Not comfortable to sit there if it's hot [Espandi] outside. [Riduci]

It was one of the best resort property I have experienced. Great location Excellent housekeeping Varieties of food option Very very friendly, polite and smiling staff Everything went went so [Espandi] well. Special appreciation to young Agus Darma at beach restaurant, who serving his guest with pure heart and devotion and Ms Dewi Carka - lounge club manager whose welcome to lounge is very special. And hotel check in executive (missed the name) is also so friendly to remember.! Personalised welcome greeting card in room is very good gesture and to feel welcome..! All you need to spend all day in a resort. Brunch, club pool, afternoon tea, cocktail time, and bed for good sleep! Over 15 times, still plan next year! [Riduci]

Have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and the service is always exceptional. The staff are friendly and they speak English well. They are detail orientated in that they remembered I stayed [Espandi] here a week ago, left to visit Jakarta and came back again. They also remembered that I am gluten-free from one of the mornings which I requested for gluten-free bread. I am not sure how they are able to remember so many guest's itinerary and dietary preferences. It goes to show they are passionate about what they do in hospitality. Being able to access the beach right at the back of the hotel is a plus as it is sectioned off so that only the guests here can use it. I have stayed at another Holiday Inn in Baruna, Bali but it does not compare at all to this one at Nusa Dua. This has been my go-to-hotel for almost a decade and I always feel right at home here. I had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was clean, well-organized, and very quiet, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience. However, the breakfast buffet lacked a variety of Arabic food, [Espandi] which would have been a nice addition. Also, the bathroom had only one type of bidet available, and when I requested an alternative, it wasn’t available. Despite these minor issues, the hotel is beautiful, and I would recommend it.
