Absolute hidden gem

This hotel is not in the crazy shopping areas of Seminyak . So everything is a taxi ride away. This however was enjoyable to us Would not hesitate to stay here again , in fact have booked for [さらに表示] September. Just loved everything about it . Received a room upgrade checking in and 20 per cent off food. The pools are amazing . Staff and service incredible. The quality of the food and freshness was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble in this hotel. My only complaint would be the Spa prices . Totally over the top . At 1/2 the price still expensive for Bali . No one there for that reason why not make it cheaper so people actually use the facilities. There is a Spa just outside the hotel on the main strip that was good at a tenth of the price . Nice hotel and restaurant staff but not recognized for Ambassador or Diamond status

The hotel is fabulous and the restaurant and bar staff were great, but: I had just been upgraded to diamond status and no recognition upon check in--we were told to just wait "wherever" and not [さらに表示] directed to a lounge or anything else. I mostly use other hotels where I have status, but like some IHG properties so I wanted to try and use more so this lack of recognition of status at check in was very disappointing-my partner and I had to wait for 3 hours outside with no outlet for our computer working in the heat. Also, I had mentioned my birthday many times to staff and it was never recognized which was also disappointing. The only one who recognized was a bartender at the pool bar. Concierge was great and very friendly. The grounds were immaculate and relaxing. The beach was very dirty so might want to considering cleaning it to be able to swin in it. Again, was happy with property and room, just very unhappy without recognition of status or my birthday which was overall disappointing. Room smelled a bit musty from the humidity. [元に戻す]

From the moment we arrived we could tell it was going to be a 5* experience. The decor was gorgeous with a massive lobby in which you can see all the way down to the pools and beach. We were checked [さらに表示] in efficiently and for there on I couldn’t fault my stay. [元に戻す]

Hotel Indigo is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Exceptionally clean and wonderful friendly staff. We stayed for two nights on our first overseas trip since before Covid. We felt very [さらに表示] welcome and enjoyed the comfortable bed, lovely cold air conditioning and modern decor of the room. Having a choice of swimming pools available was great, the secret pool felt very secluded and a nice option if you want a bit more privacy. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo and will be staying here again next time we go to Bali. [元に戻す]
Great service all around

Fantastic service from room service, to pool service, to breakfast service, to corridor service. Never had staff that were so accommodating and attentive. Had an episode where the breakfast bacon was [さらに表示] hard and tasted weird. Wait staff walked past and noticed the heap of bacon on the plate and asked if something was wrong with the bacon. Proceeded to then get us fresh bacon even though we were okay to not have another plate. [元に戻す]
