The property, amenities and service from most staff is great. Location is very convenient and it has parking. Breakfast is not that good. Pastries (pan dulce) seem like they've been there for several [Más] days, if you order fried eggs they're served overcooked no matter how you order them, and coffee is not good. Room service is a chaos. We had problems with beverage, side dish and complements. The quality of main dish was just not terrible but we had people coming to the room 3 times to fix the order items. We provided feedback at the hotel and hopefully they take the necessary measures to train or change personnel. [Menos]

I think there is a poor design in the guest rooms, too many colors and decorative elements, quite tacky. Less is more This survey is too long, I think it could be more practical and short [Menos]

My room and bathroom were very clean. There are no refrigerators in the rooms or ice machines on the floors. My room faced a busy street so it was very loud at times and hard to sleep. Housekeeping [Más] ignored the do not disturb sign everyday and would knock loudly on my door when I did not want to be disturbed. [Menos]

Great place to stay. Restaurant has very good breakfast buffet. Great meal deals at a reasonable prices. The location is close to the center of shops. The location feels safe and friendly. I think that there is a very good opportunity to be there, in order to [Más] visit Silao, Leon and the most important thing, the airport is closer than other cities like Irapuato and Leon, to take flys to several national and international destinations [Menos]
