Hamburg-based graffiti artist Gerrit Peters aka Tasek blends spray paint with screen printing, creating abstract, bold forms that cut through visual noise. Inspired by wind, water, and the sea, his street art invites you to ride the wave of colour and creativity throughout our hotel.

Our shop offers Kiel-style accessories, tea (also served at the bar), local gin, honey from the Kiellinie, hand-painted postcards, soaps, Kiel-themed tote bags, artisan sweets, and shrimp chips for dogs. The selection changes regularly – stop by and browse!

Perfect for cyclists: Our bike cellar offers free storage for bicycles. Batteries from electric bikes need to be removed. Space is limited, so first come, first served! A great option for exploring Kiel and the baltic sea region on two wheels.
