The Lancaster Suite is the jewel in the crown of the hotel with its own private entrance, cloakroom, restrooms, stage, full lighting and PA system and bar, it is capable of accommodating over 400 guests for a dinner dance, and 600 delegates theatre style

The Wallbro Suite can accommodate up to 130 delegates on a theatre style basis. The Suite is air-conditioned and has it's own dedicated area for refreshment breaks. The Suite is a flexible space that can be partitioned to 2 or 3 smaller meeting rooms.

The Halifax is ideal for meetings for up to 150 delegates. With an adjacent conservatory ideal for refreshment breaks. The Suite can be partitioned into 2 smaller Suites. The Halifax is also ideal for dinner dances with it's own bar and dance floor.

The Board meeting is a private secluded meeting room on the second floor of the hotel (accessable by lift), perfect for small board meetings or theatre style meetings of up to 40 delegates.
