The Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth Downtown features 12,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space. The Lyric Conference Center accommodates up to 125 guests with three breakout rooms. The Great Lakes Ballroom hosts up to 500 guests and can be divided into five breakout rooms for a variety of event styles.

Our Great Lakes Ballroom is a flexible meeting space of 6,800 square feet, which is divisible into five smaller rooms or combinations of those five rooms. Located on the lower level of the Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth - Downtown.
