The Figge Art Museum is the premier art exhibition and education facility between Chicago and Des Moines. With soaring glass walls reflecting the constantly changing sky, the museum’s expansive galleries and intimate rooms are home to some of the Midwest’s finest art collections. The Figge Art Museum opened at its new home on the banks of the Mississippi River in August 2005.

For centuries, people have been drawn to the Mississippi River and the surrounding prairies—to hunt, trade, farm, manufacture, and to live. Founded in 1867, the Putnam is one of the first museums established west of the Mississippi. The Putnam Museum of History and Natural Science offers permanent and changing exhibits, dynamic public programs, Giant Screen Theater, plus our exclusive Heritage Theater® and live interpretations. The largest museum in Quad Cities of eastern IA and western IL.

Welcome to Hitmen Fields at Epperly Park (formerly Hitmen Sports Complex), home to USSSA baseball and softball tournaments. Located in Rock Island, Illinois, the Hitmen facility has 8 championship fields with skinned infields, pavilions, batting cages, bull pens, and direct access to quality attractions around the Quad Cities area.

Modern Woodmen Park, which opened in 1931 as Davenport Municipal Stadium and was previously known as John O'Donnell Stadium, is the oldest stadium used continuously by a current Minor League Baseball team for more than 50 years. The current Midwest League franchise, Quad Cities River Bandits has played in it continuously since 1960. The park offers one of the most stunning views in all of professional sports: the Mighty Mississippi River flowing beneath the breathtaking Centennial Bridge.

Circa '21 is housed in the historic Fort Armstrong Theatre. Opened in 1921, the theatre was originally a vaudeville and silent movie house, among one of the most popular and unique of its day. After extensive remodeling, Circa '21 Dinner Playhouse opened in June of 1977 as the Quad Cities' professional theatre. In 1978, following the opening of Circa '21, the Fort Armstrong Theatre was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

At the John Deere Pavilion, your kids can power-up virtual reality simulators, climb into huge machines, watch videos on our giant media wall, discover futuristic designs, connect with machines from the past, interact with hands-on displays – and even learn a thing or two along the way. The John Deere Pavilion truly is an adventure like none other. No wonder it's one of the state's top tourist attractions.

The beauty of the original Radio-Keith-Orpheum’s Art Deco style was reflected in its gold leaf ceiling, crystal light fixtures and black ebony, walnut and marble detail. TODAY The beautifully restored theatre continues to present a diverse line-up of live, theatrical productions featuring celebrity headliners, first-rate Broadway shows, comedians and more.

Located just off I-80, The TBK Bank Sports Complex is a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex that is the place to be for all ages! Spanning across 77 acres this complex hosts outdoor turf fields for baseball and soccer, food & beverage concessions, plus sand volleyball courts. Indoors you will find basketball courts, soccer turf field, sand volleyball courts, a high-end fitness center, beach themed bar and restaurant, and our full service 2-story family entertainment center.

In the summer, the fairgrounds are host to six days and nights of action packed games, rides, concerts and other entertainment. The fair has grown from a small county fair of the 1900's into a grand regional event, attracting more than 300,000 people during fair week and over 600,000 people annually making it one of the largest fairs in Iowa. In addition to the fair, the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds also host countless other events in its state of the art facilities year round.

The Quad City Botanical Center is dedicated to bringing people and plants together in fun and meaningful ways. Adjacent to the Mississippi River in downtown Rock Island, IL, the Quad City Botanical Center is comprised of an indoor tropical atrium, a G-Scale garden train exhibit (seasonal), thriving outdoor gardens, an educational greenhouse, resource library, and gift shop. A garden for all season, our tropical atrium is splendid throughout the year.
