The Cathedral St. Salvator of Fulda (High Cathedral of Fulda) is the cathedral church of the diocese of Fulda and the burial church of St. Boniface.

The Cathedral Museum contains a number of liturgical objects, including the reliquary with the head of St. Boniface, the dagger with which he was murdered, and relics of other Fulda diocesan saints.

Frauenberg Monastery is a Franciscan monastery on the mountain of the same name in Fulda. The monastery housed the provincial office of the Thuringian Franciscan Province, which was united with the four other provinces to form the German Franciscan Province in 2010. The monastery also includes a late Baroque monastery church.
