The site of the Battle of San Jacinto in 1836. The San Jacinto Monument is a 567.31 foot high column topped by a 34 foot star. Located on the Houston Ship Channel it is dedicated to the "Heroes of the Battle of San Jacinto and all others who contributed to the independence of Texas" The San Jacinto Museum of History lets you immerce yourself in what makes Texas great. From rich displays of armaments and uniforms to a retelling of the road to Texas freedom and beyond.

The museum has space artifacts and exhibits, be inspired by the wonders of space exploration. There are over 400 things to see and do.

USS Texas, the second ship of the Unites States Navy is a New York class battleship. The ship was launched on May 18, 1912 and served during World Wars I and II. Climb 60 feet above the water to the Flag Bridge or 20 feet below the water into the engine room, sleeping quarters and medical facilities.
