I arrived to the hotel an jour early which is unusual for me as I am usually late. I told the clerk "Kyler" that I was an hour early but was wondering if a room is available. His first words to me is "Do you realize check in is at 3?" I am thinking, did I not just say I was an hour early? This was just the attitude Kyler has, and his way to express his attitude. He proceeded to act as if I was bothering him but located my room and gave me my key. He never asked me if I wanted a welcome snack or the bonus points. As I went to my room I did not encounter any maids so Kyler knew the rooms were ready but just had to express an attitude. As a frequent travel - 4 nights in HIexpress this week in 3 different cities, I really do not appreciate or believe "customer" should be treated this way.

The beds are very comfortable at this hotel, with lots of pillows. The room is a nice size, and there are plenty of clean towels. We needed an extra blanket and toiletries, and the staff helped us right away. Great breakfast, and it's not the same every day, which is great when you are staying for the week.

I was in town for a work trip and stayed. Great service from the staff. My flight was leaving early Friday morning and they opened up the breakfast breakfast area 30 minutes early so i could grab something.
