could be improved like the panCakes at night for additional comfort and keeping with evening activities, lobby was stark and not very inviting

Excellent support staff always willing to assist and please. Pool was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was a big plus. Have stayed here many times.

We liked the hotel, its situation and convenience and the staff were polite and helpful. Just unfortunate that on this occasion we had noisy neighbours in the room next door starting at 03:30am. The noise stopped the minute our alarm went off at 06:00 am! We did not suffer this problem during our earlier stay at the hotel.
Another annoying point is that there was no washing powder available in the laundry room. We had to search local shops without success before buying it downtown. Then the drying machine took about 2 hours before we gave up and had to pack damp clothes.

It should be that reviews are provided when there's something negative that potential customers should consider. The level of customer service and appreciation that I've experienced at this location is consistent and stands out only because even baseline customer service and appreciation is not exercised by enough businesses.
