Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just What We Needed One night stay to attend the NJ State Fair and Sirius XM 60s on 6 concert with Cousin Brucie. Torrential rains but this hotel was perfect shelter from the storms. Highly efficient desk staff, quiet and spacious room which included many electrical outlets. The Jacuzzi in room was the highest quality and was extremely relaxing. So glad my wife and I selected this Holiday Inn Express. July 1, 2015

Check-in and check-out were a breeze and an evening call to the front desk for an extra blanket was quickly responded to by the friendly staff. The room looked nice, was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay at this HIE again if we're in the area. July 1, 2015

Only negatives: Hard to maintain initial WiFi service with my I Pad. Could never connect my smart phone with this same service. Breakfast food was not the greatest--turkey sausage had unusual flavors and the sweet rolls were way too sweet for an adult's taste. June 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel: Good Location The locations of the hotel was good for us as it's about 5 minutes walk from the NJ transit bus stop that goes right into Port Authority (Mid town Manhattan). The area is pretty quiet and secure with ample hotel parking. The common areas are clean and comfortable for this standard of hotels. I've been to other Holiday Inns that were not as clean. The pool and fitness center was a bit small. Rooms are pretty clean and house keeping does a good job. The one problem I had was from the inconsiderate guests above us who had their kids running and jumping from one end of the room to the other until after 12 AM. They continued to do it even after I had the hotel advise them there that guests were below them. I think it's disrespectful and rude. Even though a little small, the breakfast area was clean, tidy and up to date. It's right by the windows so you get a view of the outside while you dine. The staff was very good and attentive to our needs. Maybe it's a NY, NJ thing, but I'd just just suggest that they smile more. They were really pleasant to talk with and helpful. June 24, 2015

I just need a clean quiet room with a good shower and fast internet speed and usually this hotel delivers (sometimes my rooms have weak wireless connections but most times its OK). June 21, 2015
