The rooms were nice and comfortable; the staff were polite. I liked that there is a place to hook up a computer to the television. The only negative thing about the hotel is that it is located on a very busy street. There is adequate parking, but I once I arrived, I did not want to venture out by vehicle again until checkout. There are a limited number of restaurants within walking distance; therefore, I recommend eating or grabbing take-out before arriving at the hotel. I would definitely stay at this location again.

I came to the area for a car show and brought my ice chest with blue ice. Since the refrigerator had no freezer, I could not refreeze the blue ice. Also the bed frame had square corners I had to learn to avoid hitting.
Overall, nice hotel, great room, nice staff, good breakfast. Great lighting.

When I made my reservation online 4 months in advance; I requested a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. We got just the opposite. We got 305 directly across from the elevator/business center/ice machine/vending machine/laundry! Upon check in the girl said there were only 3 rooms vacant on the third floor. She rattled off the room numbers which meant nothing to me as I am not familiar with the layout. I told her to select for us the quietest one. Instead she gave us the worse one. Friday night was very noisy in the hallway. Sat. a.m. I asked to speak to the General Manager(Edgar Sandoval), but he was not going to be there until Monday (we were leaving Sunday). I sent him an email about the situation and have not received a response!! I mentioned I thought we should get a credit card credit for the Friday night when it was very noisy, or at the least enough IHG Rewards points to cover one no charge night at one of your hotels. Wow...the Gen. Mgr doesn't get back to me???

Hotel room was newly renovated and exceeded expectations. The outside, lobby and parking was not great. Price was more than I would like to have paid for a similar hotel. Overall, it was a good experience after getting past the external appearance and the neighborhood.
