Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of items. All the staff was excellent, very helpful. I will return to this location whenever I am in Atlanta. I highly recommend this location. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable bed and had to beg for towels We arrived and the room was clean but the room was not one of the upgraded ones we had stayed in before. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable and on Saturday night when I called down for towels the lady at the front desk said that they were at capacity. After letting her know my room didn't come with towels, she offered points on my account instead of a wash rag and bath towel. I explained to her that we had been out all day outside and points could not replace a nice shower. The lady just kept apologizing and said she will dig around for some :(. She arrived about 15 mins later to our room with 4 sets of towels, and even though we only took one, I was disappointed that I had to convince her to do so. Plus we woke up with sore backs from the bed. Worse holiday inn I've stayed in. May 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value and good location This hotel is conveniently located to the MARTA station, so access to it from the airport and then return to airport is convenient. I was right down the street from a good book store and other shops. Food delivery was easy. The property is clean and fairly modern, although some of the furniture can be updated. The availability of laundry (washer-dryer) on each floor was a big plus. The internet is fast and reliable. The only downside was the fitness center. The equipment is OLD and really needs to be replaced. May 11, 2016

I like the location and the rooms accommodate me and my children when I am in town. My boys are always satisfied with the breakfast and I am pleased with the parking as well. A great experience on the occasions that I have stayed at this location and for that I will always choose it when I am in the city, no matter what part of the city I am visiting. - Very Pleased! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy room Noisy room from an extractor in the bathroom, I asked the manager for a change who mentioned all rooms were the same. next morning I departed from hotel and then he offered a new room, but I didn't accept. He offered to not to charge the night, and give 5000 IHG points. Still they charged for the room. May 3, 2016
