Explore historic Pensacola. The restored Spanish & Baroque buildings in of the Palafox District are a theme park for architectural buffs. The North Hill district includes 50 blocks of residential streets listed in the National Register of Historic Homes populated by descendants of Spanish nobility, French Creoles and Civil War soldiers. There are also many galleries, theatres, and restaurants.
