Really disappointed, phone never worked, had to go down stairs to order food, was told it was all rooms found out different from other guests, had to go to front desk one of the days to get the room cleaned, air conditioner in the window rattled all night, I've stayed there many times in the past and loved it, this time was pretty pitiful even after a supposed complete remodel

Are room had mold on corners of ceiling,which made 3 of us get a little sick. And are door didn't lock when leaving the room unless you slammed the door. Other then that it had nice pool and cool activities

I booked a stay here for my birthday weekend and I was pleasantly surprised after my IhG stay. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday amazing. Everything was clean, the walk to the beach was so quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. My stay was amazing, and it made my birthday weekend more enjoyable.

We will be returning for our 4th year in 2026. We love the location and the activities. Our beds were great every night. Our room was great with a balcony. Our entire family loved our stay for days. We can't wait to go back.

High traffic Hotel. Maintenance is getting away from the owner. Highly recommend investing in better maintenance. Live music at the pool effectively shut down a very nice pavilion that people wanted to use. Some speakers with recorded music would be more affordable and more comfortable for the guests.

We had a wonderful time staying … great bar with awesome entertainment each night … only issue was 1 elevator was operable and we were in 8th floor …ugh

Hotel has lots of potential but is far from great. Elevators didn’t work, staff weren’t the friendliest, and room smelled like moldy socks (I requested something to be sprayed in room on first day of our two night stay and nothing was done about it). $100 parking and amenities charge for the two nights and if you are not a member it is $16 per person for breakfast for a typical hotel breakfast.

Service was terrible. Definitely not a family friendly environment. Too many "adults" being over served and acting like clowns in front of kids. Rooms are way overpriced. Only had one working elevator, so you had to wait a long time to hopefully not get one that was not already full. Spend the extra to go to the Galvez or San Luis.

The hotel and pool area was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Overall, a great stay with the exception of one elevator being down, and the beds were too firm for me.

The pictures posted do not portray what this hotel looks like. It is completely outdated. One elevator didn’t work so we had to wait over 20 minutes to get into an elevator. When we arrived at our room, the room was wet and smelled of cat urine. After 30 minutes, trying to dry the room with towels and airing it out. It was still completely moist.
Immediately checked out and went to a different hotel. Completely unsatisfied.
The only thing good about this hotel is that it was across the street from the ocean however, the balcony is so small it’s not worth going out on and the front desk staff were pleasant.
