The location is close to Disneyland where you can walk or take the bus. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. The rooms are equipped with everything described and very clean. Room service daily did a great job. I would absolutely stay here again. Only drawback is the hotel has 1 elevator directly in lobby that takes a while to get on at busy times.
Super cozy, only wish it was a king!

Amazing room, super comfortable and cozy. Clean, full kitchen, helpful staff. Only wish they offered king beds. Other than that 10/10. Only 15 min walk to Disneyland!

The manager Taylor Gregory provided exceptional guest service and made my daughter's 16th birthday so wonderful by making sure we had a wonderful stay. He went out of his way to make her birthday amazing by being so kind and considerate.

Being in such close proximity to the Disneyland Resort, I would have expected that this property would uphold itself to the same cleanliness, amenity, and overall quality standards as other properties in the immediate area. I couldn't have been more wrong. The second I walked into my room, there was a MASSIVE ROACH crawling along the floor. To say it was disgusting is an understatement. The room may have looked clean, but the extent of "cleanliness" is highly questionable if roaches are crawling around the rooms. In addition, there were more than service dogs in some of the rooms and they would bark ALL NIGHT with no help from the front desk. If you want to stay in the Disneyland Resort area, please do not waste your money or your points on this property and choose one that has much higher standards.

My daughter has a gluten allergy so eating out is always difficult, having a kitchenette was a life saver on this trip. We used the transit shuttle to get to the parks daily and they picked us up and dropped us off right outside of the hotel - very convenient.

NO SLEEP HOTEL (new name).. Great room to stay in if you plan to stay a few nights! We just did overnight stay for the annual street fair at the orange circle. The only downfall the elephant above us walking around was loud, squeaky bed so the neighbors could hear us having fun. The housekeepers horrible! They were cleaning room next to ours with open walkie talkies and you could hear all the chatter! (Loud and annoying) No consideration for the other guests trying to get rest.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few months, while traveling for business. The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are always clean. The gentleman on the weekend Maintenance is very friendly and helpful (Dark hair, glasses) with any issues that may arise - he is always smiling.

Great hotel if you plan to visit Disneyland, shuttle is steps from hotel, laundry is free for guest, and rooms are spacious with a kitchen.
Everything was great, except the Tv channels.

Our experience was great! I was not recognized for my member level when I arrived. Feels odd to complain about that but they recognized the people before me. They also handed welcome bags based on your level. It did not take away from our overall stay experience. The hotel was very clean, our room was awesome, and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to Disney, the convention center, or going to an Angels/Ducks game.
