I checked out late at night on the same day of my stay. The front desk staff informed me that I could leave the room key and that checkout would be processed automatically the next day. When I asked if I needed to call, she mentioned it wasn’t necessary but recommended calling the front desk just to confirm.
The next morning at 11:30 AM, I called the front desk to ensure I was properly checked out. I was placed on hold for about five minutes before the call was disconnected. I called again, simply to confirm checkout, and the same thing happened — placed on hold, then disconnected. No one returned my calls or explained the disconnection, which was frustrating and disappointing.
Eventually, I had to contact IHG customer service directly, who thankfully assisted me. I believe better phone communication and follow-up would significantly improve the guest experience.
Convenient stay, well located.

Nice location. Just far enough off the freeway not to hear the droghning of the cars. Quiet. Friendly staff.
My only and biggest complaint was the room cleanliness. How could you give us a room that had not been cleaned? It was tidy. Looked great. Bed made. But the fact the sheets were dirty and nothing was clean. Well, it made a bad impression. Email me if you want details. But since I did not even receive even a simple apology, I suppose I might not hear from you. I still have pictures I turned in to the staff.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It is a very comfortable place to sleep, get to and very affordable. It isn’t a very big room like other hotels, but it is big enough to come in and sleep well and relax. The lobby downstairs is big enough to visit with family and friend if that’s what’s needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

It is clean, has delicious coffee and a variety of healthy breakfast items. The staff is cordial, friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The A/C is too loud but no hotel is perfect. The surrounding area is very quiet at night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast staff, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I travel to Austin monthly for business, and this will definitely be my hotel of choice going forward. The location is perfect, right off both I-35 and Mopac, with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores nearby. Great hotel and even better service!

Room was nice and clean, although the walls seemed paper thin, could hear snoring through the wall. Dealing with the hotel to get charges corrected has taken longer than expected.

Was in town for business. The hotel was modern and comfortable without any fuss. Breakfast options were nutritious. Will stay again!!
