I work in the Austin area and stay here every week. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking into lengthy work stays or simply a budget stay while passing through. The staff is always kind and considerate, the rooms are always clean and cool down/heat up very quickly, the breakfast makes for an easy grab-and-go with multiple options, and the snack bar is always stocked with regular and healthy options for an evening snack! If ever there is an issue, the staff is quick to accommodate accordingly!

Could have been a 5 star hotel easy but the AC was broken and the hotel didn’t care I got poor sleep and was super uncomfortable wouldn’t offer a comped working room or refund

Really good hotel, price was great, space was clean and modern.

Overall, this is a nice property. I have stayed here twice now and will likely stay here frequently when I come to visit my daughter. I would have liked the bathroom to have been a little cleaner, but for one night, it was sufficient. The beds are extremely comfortable!

It’s expected for a hotel to be clean, quiet and accessible. But what sets a hotel apart from others i believe is its people. And this is one of those! A hotel with people that truly care for your needs. This will always be a place i will come back to when im in round rock! Highly recommended.

This has been my favorite hotel so far.
Friendly and very accommodating staff. They had added more on their breakfast and it’s all good.
I always sleep good.

My husband, teenage son, our family dog, and I visited this hotel.
The rooms were fantastic. The service was great! My son was able to hook up his Xbox to the TV on his room, the rooms were sufficiently quiet so as not to trigger our bark hound, and the hotel was clean.
My only suggestion to staff to make the visit over-the-top for travelers is to complete QA checks to prevent travelers from having to ask for things like creamer, forks, or body wash.
A QA check periodically would prevent an empty pump of creamer from ruining morning coffee time, no forks from ruining breakfast, and no body wash from ruining a hot shower. Don't get me wrong though, when these things were up brought to the attention of staff, they were quick to respond.
Everything else was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

If you need quiet in order to sleep, this is NOT the hotel for you. The walls are very thin. I could hear everything in the hallway, everything in the next room and the highway noise. The breakfast was so so. I was really not impressed. The staff was very friendly which made the stay a big plus. And... the location was close to my daughter so that was another big plus for me.

If you’re in the area, I’m looking for a place stay definitely go here. You will not be disappointed. The breakfast is not bad. The room was really good and so was the restroom. Didn’t have one problem and love every minute staying there.
