My friend and I stayed for 3 nights, and the experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was non-existent—no clean towels, dirty floors, and no hot water in the sink. Despite multiple requests, staff said they’d ‘try their best,’ but nothing was done, even though we saw housekeepers cleaning other rooms. To make it worse, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the receptionist showed no urgency to resolve it. Ironically, after we left, they promptly cleaned out the fridge, proving they could act quickly when it suited them. The only positive was the decent breakfast. Overall, very frustrating and poorly managed.
Dark room, friendly service

Overall we had a wonderful experience. While the room is on the small side it makes up for it by being incredibly dark and comfortable. The pillows were very soft and the mirror in the bathroom was bright. I don’t eat a lot for breakfast, so it was perfect. I was thrilled by the quality of the coffee, the accessibility of sparkling water, and they ability to take my breakfast with me.

I travelled for business and stayed in most hotel brands. This was first time in Avid and my last.
Not sure of their target clientele but they have not hit the mark for me.
Room was spartan with zero closets or drawers. Room was clean but extremely small. Customer service at the front desk check in was one of the most unpleasant I have experienced in 30 years of travel.
I was traveling with a pet and had completed the forms on line however they stated they do not have access to that information so they said they were not aware of the pet
The biggest problem is I have been way overcharged for pet fees as I was charged at checkin and checkout so still have to straighten that out

Was a fine experience. Staff was fine. Room was fine. Wished it had a better breakfast. Really the only disappointment of the stay.

My experience at this hotel was 10/10! From the beginning to end and I enjoyed my stay. I called before booking my reservation to see if early check in was available and the front desk clerk was very friendly and very happy to help. When I arrived the check in process was very easy and they were so friendly. They asked how my stay was going whenever they say me come through the lobby. I will definitely stay again, rooms were clean and spacious.

Melvin, and the room and front desk staff, went above and beyond being helpful.
The food staff was cleaning the area where the microwave is, and the cloth slipped from her hand on to the ground, the same cloth was used to keep cleaning the counters and juice dispenser. That was disgusting. Makes you wonder how the food preparation is handled.

We have stayed here about 4 times in the past. We like everything about this place usually. The staff is very committed to making our stay a success. There was a problem this time with both our room's AC units. One was completely broken and the other I had much trouble trying to adjust. I would suggest instructions on the wall to operate these units before they all start to break. We will book again next time; however, if the problem persists, we will have to stay elsewhere.

Enjoyed the stay. Simple but very nice and clean room. Room was very nice, new, and well equipped. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast simple but fine.
This hotel was very clean and cozy.

The water wasn’t very hot in the shower and the doors slammed instead of having a soft close feature. The breakfast options were just ok.
