This hotel was below the level of accommodation I have come the expect from IHG. I would have NEVER booked this location if I had not found it in your mobile app. There was no indication that the hotel was under renovation, that the pool was broken, or the poor condition of this establishment.

The shower was nasty , dirty and damaged , the room and lobby smelled bad . Very bad overall . Should not be part of this group . Very disappointed

La verdad estoy muy decepcionado de este hotel, siempre escogo la cadena Holiday inn, pero en esrta vez quise conocer este hotel. No me volveria a hispedar. Habitación vieja, alfombra sucias, mal olor. Me hicieron un cargo el

This hotel is not remodeled at all! It’s a so so stay for emergencies like us. Bed was broken 😡 blanket was as thin as a bed sheet. Carpets were stained and so was bathtub. It did the job for a few hours sleep but wouldn’t recommend for long stays. Coffee was watered down it just isn’t up to par. Also I accidentally went to the wrong room and my key opened up the door! Thank God no one was in it!! It is close to the freeway though so that’s the only plus I give it!
