A comfortable hotel in a location where I was able to find dining and go to a grocery store. Also, hotel is located close to get on and get off of toll roll.

Hotel is a great location but the hotel needs some serious maintenance. As you can see from the picture the outlet is crooked. Mishmatch paint on the ceiling near the extremely small walk in shower. Vent in the bathroom covered in dost as you can see from the picture. One of the many reasons I checked out early. I rather sleep in my vehicle then in a hotel room with dust everywhere. Near a highway so there's a ton of noise. I can't believe this hotel is part of the IHG Hotel Chain.

I had a restful night. I experienced no problems with hotel staff. I would recommend this location for a peaceful night.

Clean &quiet. All hotel breakfasts included in price of room is about the same, though Avid provides a little variety, quality of breakfast selections on par with other hotels

Was surprised how dirty this hotel was. There was hair on the sheets and in the shower. The shower base was colored and needs bleached. Also, went to use pool and there was no towels. Ended up not using pool because water was cloudy.

Poor services.

We booked 2 rooms and they both had dirty showers because they are textured they can’t be cleaned properly which is gross. The rooms were very small and didn’t have a microwave or coffee maker. I also wasn’t recognized for my status which was disappointing. The guy who checked me in was on his phone a lot and didn’t really seem to care about checking us in. This stay was disappointing

Do Not Stay here if you need sleep! Will not get any sleep if bed squeaks when anyone moves or gets up. Called down to front desk to let them know at 3am and did say we could change rooms after we were told they were sold out when checking in. We were not going to move at this time of morning. Of course I was on a rewards night so maybe room 424 is where they put people in because of the squeaky bed. New hotel and was so squeaky they had to know about this problem from other patrons. If not a call or email would have been nice from the manager as front desk said it was sent out to them. I always look at reviews to choose hotel. Management please do not respond with kind words from hotel sorry for your problem etc etc blah blah blah it's way too late! Lots of other hotels around the area will appreciate my business more than you. Not excellent

Wonderful stay. Love how clean the facility and room is. Love the hotel room floors are not carpet (Clean) yet aren't tile/cold. Breakfast attendant was extremely friendly too everyone. Great Coffee.

Notre Dame Graduation

We reserved our stay back in September for our grandson’s Notre Dame graduation in May. The hotel offers a friendly, clean, comfortable and delicious breakfast. Had stayed here in September and was impressed with this facility and convenient access to Notre Dame. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
