The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast options were simple and delicious. There was something for everyone in my family. The man who was at reception was friendly and helpful.

There were several bugs in our room and in the hallways.
Don’t fall for the 10,000/night point package.

When booking the hotel, this location offers a 10,000 point/night package. This obviously bumps the rate up to do this.
When the points post a couple days later, only the standard points post. Their location never gives the 10,000 point package that I pay for. The management doesn’t return calls when asking about so I have to call the IHG diamond elite service to get the points as goodwill
Very unethical and very poor business practice. I have now cancelled several of my upcoming stays due to their unethical practices.

We booked this hotel two days before a Notre Dame football game so hotel options were limited. I’m glad we found this property. A short drive, 10 - 15 minutes to campus. Good value for the price. Staff was very friendly.

All the windows in the lobby were dirty.check in could not find our reservation. And they insisted on a $50.00 deposit. Our bed was nosy and the breakfast was minimal with no bread to make a piece of toast. With no one around to ask for some.

I think a grab bar in the shower, just outside the shower, and next to the toilet would be beneficial. Also, the quality of the toilet paper could be better.

Avid came in and saved our night! After having a rather unpleasant experience with another hotel, we were desperate to find another place to stay. Avid was able to get us a room right away! The experience was amazing! Great staff, food, and accommodations.

A comfortable hotel in a location where I was able to find dining and go to a grocery store. Also, hotel is located close to get on and get off of toll roll.
