TRUELY ZERO STARS!! The system forces me to enter one star. I had an 11 night stay here back in August which was great until I was over charged (3 separate transactions). I called and spoke to Tracy and she said she could could see what exactly happened and would address it with the general manager Kevin. I was told I would receive my credit and a phone call from Kevin. I patiently waited and no one ever called. I called back again and spoke to Tracy and Joya. Once again I was told that they could see all my overcharges and Kevin would call me to resolve. To this day Jamie, Tracy and Joya have told me multiple times that I would receive a call from Kevin to clear up my card being over charged and nothing has happened. Claims have been created and I am still awaiting action. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! I have now cancelled all four future stays I had planned here and will NOT return!!!

I was disappointed to learn that my reservation was canceled due to a water leak that occurred five months ago. While I understand unforeseen issues can arise, the property's refusal to assist with alternate accommodations or honor the original rate at another IHG hotel—citing it as an "Act of God"—felt disingenuous. This experience raises concerns about the transparency and ethics of the management team. The manager also conveyed to me that he was told by the owner to tell guests this information.

The stay and the hotel were great but I mostly want to commend the gentleman who checked us in. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but I believe a sign on the adjacent wall said Kevin? Young man with dark skin tone. I have been IHG Diamond Elite for many years now. In recent stays over the last few months I'd noticed that getting greeted as Diamond was becoming rare and overall courtesy had dropped. The man who checked us in was very personable and extremely helpful. The hotel was full but he took time to thanks us for being Diamond and tell us all the details of the hotel. He was great!

We were greeted with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly attentative staff. Though rooms are a bit small, they are clean, well kept with all ammenties needed, along with a comfortable bed, giving a good nights rest.

-people smoking pot and drinking in the hallways and parking lot all night.
-streaming to TV and Wi-Fi never worked.
-Night staff did nothing about the disturbances other than asked me to "not call the police because it would be a bunch of paperwork"

I've stayed previously, with no issues but this time was a little different. I was placed on the first floor and heard constant stomping above me and noise from what I assumed were from workers cleaning up after the flood. I also bragged about the breakfast on my previous stay but this stay not so much. I had the same hot choices two mornings in a row and it wasn't for me. The first morning one coffee grinder had no regular coffee beans and there was a line at the second, so I did without coffee the first morning. Everything was clean, except the shower in my room. I don't know if it needed paint or if is was actual mold, either way, it was a u desirable. With all this stated, I would still choose this location. Maybe it was an off two days for the hotel.

There had been some sort of water leak at the hotel prior to my arrival. When I got to my assigned room, there were loud heaters and dehumidifiers running 2 feet from my bedroom door, which made it hot and loud inside my room. When I went to the front desk to ask for a different two-bed room, they told me that they didn’t have any left. so we stayed in that uncomfortable room and slept miserably. The front desk staff and the hotel operator should have notified me when I was trying to check in that there was significant water damage in the hotel and that my assigned room was going to be right next to the epicenter of the water issue, and therefore have massive heaters and dehumidifiers running all night just outside my door. The hotel operator should know better. This ruined my weekend. It ruined my perception of this hotel. It ruined my perception of IHG as a brand. I’ve shared my experience with countless friends and family, and have recommended they avoid IHG.
