We stayed for 4 days , super nice and clean, love that there was floor and not carpet in the rooms. Clean bathroom and what we loved the most, the coffee / tea bar was open and available 24/7!!! That was a plus for us

This Hotel was an excellent location for me and my wife. The only reason I listed the location as a con, which would be a problem any where was we had to drive so far foe everything except the Stockyards. So the location can be a pro and a con. The Sleep quality was excellent due to the black out shades in the room but you do sleep hard that way.

i loved the hotels. No hotel is perfect but how they handle everything seemed fair.i had an issue while I was there but they resolved the issue fast. i felt safe especially being a solo traveler. A few nights I was out late and the staff was very nice and checked if I needed anything. i love they offer Dove products. All the staff were nice and respectful.

The first thing I noticed walking into the lobby was the fresh clean scent. The hotel staff acknowledged me right away with my dog and made checking in so smooth and simple. The room was perfectly clean and appropriately furnished with comfortable bed and pillows. The property was well maintained in a pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Sundance Square and down town, just a short drive to the Stockyards. Avid parking behind the hotel was ample and free, and added bonus. Most awesome hotel!

Housekeeping only showed up once during my four night stay (did NOT have a Do Not Disturb sign out), WiFi kept disconnecting, no access to streaming services unless you want to utilize AirPlay, could hear EVERY sound from the room next door

Stayed one night and definitely will stay again. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Ample breakfast to start the day and served with a smile in early morning. I come to the area every 6-8 weeks for business and will definitely stay again. Very good value.
